The Members are seeking to appoint contractors to enter into a framework agreement to provide new build houses, flats and bungalows although occasionally some conversion / remodeling contracts may be included.This ITT contains further information about the procurement process for the Works, and assessment questions for interested parties (Tenderers) to complete.
