Dementia Community Memory Support Services

Newham are currently exploring the future provision of dementia community-based services that improves outcomes for people with dementia and their carers. The proposed new contract will be for the duration of 2 years (2+1) with a possible extension of 1 year starting from January 2022 The total value of the contract is £240,000 comprised of £80,000 per 12 month contract.
