Leicestershire County Council (The Council) is seeking to deliver a new demand responsive transport (DRT) service to operate within an 85km2 area to the south west of Leicester through to Hinckley. The area is generally bounded by the M69 motorway to the west and the M1 to the east. In total, residents of 16 communities will be able to access the service. The contract period will be a minimum of three years, with the transport service commencing early in 2022.
