Decontamination Service Agreement

Provision of Managed Decontamination Services for the collaborating Trusts re-useable medical devices. The service is to include collection and delivery of instruments from agreed central distribution points on each of the collaboration sites and the reprocessing of the reusable medical devices in accordance with the manufacturer reprocessing instructions (MRI’s).
