DBC (SF) Off Site Archiving

The Council requires a contractor to provide a service for the storage, disposal and retrieval of its paper records. Key components of contract: o The transfer of our existing storage boxes to the new contractor (If applicable) o Arranging Collection of new storage boxes to go into storage o The Council must be able to use a contractor on-line portal to request records, submit instructions, monitor inventory, and track progress of retrieval, submit and monitor disposal requests.
