As part of the Regulator’s statutory objectives there is key requirement when necessary to enforce our powers under Law. As cases grow, the Regulator may, at any time, require the services of a provider for the purposes of discovering, collecting and analysing electronic data retrieved from third party organisations using the Regulator’s powers under the Pensions Act. They will also be required to provide expert witness evidence in court regarding that data. Additional information: Suppliers must register on the portal to access and download the tender documents.
