Data Centre Services & Project Services

The Authority has a requirement for various IT services to replace the services ("Fujitsu Services") and associated IT project services ("Fujitsu Project Services") in circumstances where such services cannot be provided by another supplier and, as a consequence, the Parties are entering into this Agreement for the Data Centre Services and Project Services so that these continue to be available to the Authority in place of the Fujitsu Services & Fujitsu Project Services.
