City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC), in partnership with the West Midlands Collaborative, is inviting tenders to the framework for the provision of Highways Structures Repairs. CWC is acting as the lead authority for this framework, and also purchasing on behalf of Coventry City Council, and the Metropolitan Boroughs of Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, and Walsall.
