City of Wolverhampton Council (the Council) has engaged a suitable advertising and marketing agency to facilitate and administer a commercial advertising scheme for approximately 80 roundabouts at various sites across the city, as identified in Appendix 4. The scope of the contract includes sourcing sponsors, and the installation, assembly, maintenance, dismantling and removal of signs as necessary.
