The City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) is seeking contractors to deliver new homes and regeneration projects within Wolverhampton, via a Framework Agreement, with the potential to be used by other local authorities, ALMOs and registered providers. CWC wish to procure a framework for the design, pre-construction services, construction and delivery of new homes and housing solutions.
