The Dementia Friendly Derbyshire project aims to create and develop dementia friendly communities across the geographical area of Derbyshire excluding Derby City. The project will support the Derbyshire Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2015-17 priorities to keep people healthy and independent in their own home and build social capital.
