CSKILLS wishes to procure a framework of suppliers to provide question writing services for a suite of construction qualifications that are regulated by Ofqual. Cskills Awards (the Awarding Body for CITB) uses an electronic Test Platform to deliver end of unit tests to high volumes of learners embarking on both NVQ and Vocational qualifications.
