Ageing Better launched in 2015. This was shortly followed by the adoption of Highrise as our CRM system. Last year, Ageing Better launched a new strategy with a clearer focus on four key areas (work, housing, health and communities). The organisation has expanded significantly with a larger headcount and more colleagues carrying out external engagement on behalf of the organisation.
