The Mental Health Crisis Concordat is a national initiative and requires organisations to work together to improve all age crisis response and prevent crisis. In Devon, this work is coordinated through the Devon Crisis Care group and directly linked to the Devon STP Urgent Mental Health and Crisis Care workstream.
