Knowsley Council is seeking tender submissions from a suitably experienced and skilled Meanwhile Operator (each a tenderer) to enter into a lease (the Lease) in respect of the meanwhile operation of two Council owned buildings (henceforth collectively referred to as 'the properties') in Huyton Village Centre (HVC).
