The Calculating Quality Reporting Service (CQRS) is a national IM&T service that provides reports to GP practices and commissioning organisations on achievement of quality outcomes. The system calculates achievement and payments to service providers (such as GPs) for their delivery of national quality outcomes. The contract for CQRS was signed with Vangent Inc.
