Nottingham City Council and Derby City Council (hereafter 'the Authorities) have been selected to deliver the government's Transforming Cities 2 programme in this area. The programme consists of a number of projects aimed at promoting active travel and the use of public transport. One of the projects within the programme is the creation of an e-bike hire scheme in both cities.
