CPCA - A10 (Dualling and Junctions)

This commission requires consultancy support to develop the A10 dualling project identified in the Ely to Cambridge Corridor Study to Strategic Outline Business Case so that the investment case can be clearly understood and articulated to decision makers. This will also inform the understanding of the cost and delivery timescale for the scheme.
