The current approach to monitoring supply chain risk is inadequate and a high risk to Devon County Council. DCC awarding a contract for a risk ledger with high supplier engagement, up to date accurate information with high risk reduction. Initial contract period 12 months with the option to extend 2 x 12 months. Value £20,000 for initial contract period.
