Devon County Council, who are a registered Bikeability Grant Recipient, is seeking to appoint a Contractor to deliver Bikeability in the Devon County Council area. The Contractor shall be required, in the 2023/24 financial year, to deliver approximately 11,000 to 12,000 Bikeability places. This contract is completely dependent on Bikeabilty funding each year from the Department for Transport, this includes both the initial term, and the exercising of any options to extend.
