Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has a requirement for contracted patient home support. This will include: a. Night Sitting in Berkshire West BHFT Localities (which includes Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire). Night sitting is normally between 22:00 and 07:00 and is required 7 days a week. b. Care packages for patients receiving home based intermediate care across Berkshire West. The majority of care packages will be required for patients within the Newbury and surrounding area.
