As part of its Development Strategy, Southern Housing Group (SHG) (the "Authority) is looking to develop approximately 3,500 units over 4 years for an estimated value of £631m. Majority of units developed will be flats/apartments, with a large proportion of 1 and 2-bed homes. Shared ownership and Private Rented Sector (PRS) will be priority tenures, although we will continue to deliver homes for affordable rent and open market rent and we will consider starter homes where appropriate.
