Construction Partnering Framework

As part of its drive to achieve best value, Lancashire County Council is seeking to procure construction works on a partnering basis in accordance with the principles of Sir John Egan's reports Rethinking Construction and Accelerating Change. The Authority has a strategic need for establishing contractual relationships with a partnering ethos.
