Wolverhampton City Council is leading on the major regeneration of the City Centre. A number of significant development opportunities will be coming forward over the next 10-15 years. In July 2012 the City launched the City Centre Prospectus which set out the priorities and principles for taking forward the regeneration of the City Centre. The priority projects have been affirmed in the emerging Action Plan for the City Centre.
