The Royal Borough of Kingston is seeking a development partner to develop Digital Tools that facilitate Social Prescription processes. This tool will enable recorded referrals to take place between agencies and, in the future, will allow individuals to self refer to non clinical services or community activities. The overall aim is to promote a culture of empowered signposting so residents in contact with agents of the programme can be signposted to beneficial services and offers to prevent greater need in the future.
