Following the PIN issued on 10/062016 (2016/S 113-200885) the EFA (on behalf of the DfE) are seeking to procure Consultants across two Lots to deliver Technical Survey Management Services (Lot 1) and surveying services (Surveying Organisations) (Lot 2). The CDC programme (referred to as the "Data Collection Project" in the PIN) is a 3 year programme which aims to build on the Property Data Survey Programme and provide a comprehensive picture of the condition of all school buildings.
