Community MSK Physiotherapy Service

NHS Frimley ICB ("the Commissioner") sought to commission provision to provide a Community MSK Physiotherapy Service in Surrey Heath Patient population covered is that of patients registered with a GP in Surrey Heath place. Referrals are primarily via GP but also from the 'Advanced MSK/Diagnostic Uncertainty' community service.
