Community Messaging & Engagement Tracker Software System

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire on behalf of Warwickshire Police has awarded a contract for a community messaging and engagement tracker software system. This was a direct award via exemption to continue use of incumbent supplier's system. The force has invested considerable time and effort into training, resourcing and embedding the system into the force's operating model, to move to another system would not currently be cost effective plus to change systems would risk losing engagement with members of the public signed up to existing system.
