Community Learning and Employability Skills Programme

LALS now invites responses from selected Framework Providers to deliver a programme of non-accredited learning which integrates life and work skills and is designed to support participants in taking the next step towards improving their employment or enterprise prospects. The programme will target unemployed individuals, many of whom having not been involved in learning for a while, in need of activities that will gently reintroduce them to a learning environment, stimulate their desire to develop new skills and experiences and establish their future aims and objectives.
