Community Learning and Employability Skills (Local Flexibility) Programme

This provision will target unemployed individuals, many of whom having not been involved in learning for a while, in need of activities that will reintroduce them to a learning environment, stimulate their desire to develop new skills and experiences and establish their future aims and objectives. It should prepare participants from key target groups for the world of work, helping them to become better equipped to enter the labour market at the earliest possible opportunity.
