Executive Summary Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) working with, and on behalf of, North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to undertake upgrade works of communal areas to two blocks of flats within North East Derbyshire. The successful bidder will be responsible for all aspects of the scheme, including surveying, design and construction.
