Command and Control Commercial Management

Commercial Contract Management support to the Command & Control (C&C) project providing the following; Commercial management and delivery of the procurement phase of the C&C project, including facilitation of and attendance at ad hoc MPS meetings, supplier meetings, project governance and other meetings as required. Providing commercial leadership and knowledge to the C&C project enabling a successful procurement phase to be completed.
