Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified contractor to complete the following works – - The installation of an Anti-Bird Mesh to prevent pigeons gaining access under the panel. - The removal of all bird fouling and fouled materials with a Biocide in the guttering, under the Solar Panel and around the property at ground level. - The use of suitable access equipment to complete the above.
