Gutters are integral to a building's structure and serve to control the flow of rainwater to protect the roof, walls and foundations. A gutter clogged with leaves, sticks or other debris can cause a leaky roof or water damage to the interior of the building and therefore have the potential to affect our tenants. Gutters can also make nice homes for pests (experienced at Oaktree Gardens), rodents, mold and honeycombs from bee infestations.
