CMG leaders have endorsed the approach to developing early talent through a bespoke CMG Talent Development Programme, which will prioritise the behavioural, psychological and neurological aspects of talent development by focussing on features such as emotional intelligence, self-awareness, building confidence, increased influencing skills, empowerment and self-belief. We are looking for a supplier who can design and deliver a 10-month Talent Development Programme within CMG to a select group of individuals.
