Cleaning Services for External Communal Areas

Rykneld Homes manages 99 blocks in total of flats within the District of North East Derbyshire. The blocks vary in size and complexity from simple two story buildings to larger multi floor buildings. We have commenced a programme of works to upgrade the security, standard of finish and safety of the communal areas we mange. This work consists of secure entrance and exit doors, intercom to all flats, upgraded lighting, decoration and floor finishes.
