Digital Health and Care Wales have responsibility for the administration of an agreement with the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) which enables all staff employed by NHS Wales, hospice workers, health and care students and social care workers, to legally make copies of various NHS Wales owned material from both the NHS Wales e-Library and physical library services.
