Plymouth City Council ('The Authority') are seeking a main contractor for the design and build for the delivery of a new electrical building, housing electrical equipment to renew the electrical supply to the Council House in Plymouth and also a proposed new energy centre in the future. The single storey building will have stepped foundations and include a green roof, aluminium anodised cladding panels, new NGED connection, and the installation of electrical equipment and associated works.
