Citizens Advice Outreach

A core objective of the programme is to work in partnership with the voluntary and community sector (VCS) to deliver trusted, accessible, and high-impact interventions. This includes ensuring advice and support reaches residents who are least likely to access mainstream or digital services, and who often present with multiple and interrelated needs, such as energy debt, benefit changes, rent arrears, ill-health, and disability-related costs.
