Children’s Residential Services

Moray Council seek to enter into a contractual agreement with a provider for the provision of residential care services for up to eight children and / young people within the geographical area of Moray. The main purpose of the service is to deliver residential care as a positive experience to children and young people who are looked after and accommodated by Moray Council.
