CHIC Decoration Works Framework 2025-29

This 4 year framework provides for works and services to residential properties (although not exclusively) and associated communal areas for decoration works and related activities and includes cyclical responsive repairs, provision of void works, new build and regeneration works. Suppliers will provide services to prepare, coat, paint, decorate and clean internal and external surfaces as required by the Member.
