1.9 The Council has committed to undertaken an extensive programme of environmental improvement works at the London Borough estate at Barrow Hill. Phase 1 of the works to the estate is approaching completion and the Council is seeking a suitable qualified contractor to manage the ongoing design and project management for the second phase of works on the estate. It is anticipated that the planning permission for the second phase will be approved in October 2019 and the appointment of a works contractor to deliver this programme of work will take place shortly after.
