Charnwood Borough Council are seeking Quotations from suitably experienced consultants to undertake a viability assessment of the Charnwood Local Plan. Local plans need to be soundly based on viability assessment so that the plan's policies are realistic, and that the total cumulative cost of all relevant policies will not undermine deliverability. Charnwood Borough Council is working towards preparing a Pre-Submission Draft Plan for publication in the Autumn of 2020.
