Cinderford Town Council are seeking a contractor to undertake a replacement of the Grade II listed slate roof at The Wesley. The scope of the works includes: •Erect scaffold to provide roof access to The Wesley and the rear roof area •Complete Re-Roof of Main Roof and Low-level Roof on Rear Building • Strip both pitches of the Main Roof & Low-Level Roof • Timber Treatment to all exposed Timbers • Timber Repairs where necessary/applicable • Install new Lead work • Install new breathable insulating Felt and Batten • Traditionally lay new Slates • Install new Ridge Tiles - Similar…
