Changing Futures: Programme Delivery Advice & Support

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) is looking at the possibility of appointing a national provider (either a single supplier or a consortium of suppliers to provide delivery advice and support for approximately 15 local area partnerships for the cross-government programme Changing Futures: changing systems to improve support for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage. The Supplier will also establish a national network to promote learning and positive practice across the country .
