RBG Kew wishes to appoint a supplier to extract whole genomic DNA from 400 oak tree (Quercus robur) leaf samples and individually sequence their DNA to the maximum coverage possible within the budget. Quercus robur has a genome size of 750 Mbp. Each sample will be provided by RBG Kew in an individually labelled 2ml Eppendorf tube, containing approximately 200mg of dried leaf material (larger quantities may be provided upon request).
