Leicestershire County Council (the Council) is seeking to identify and appoint 1 contractor to provide a CCTV and root cutting top up service on highway drains located in the county. The service will be carried on highway drains 150 mm diameter and above, generally not more than 2,0 m deep and located in and around the employers highways network.The service consists of providing the following teams to work on the employers highway drainage network: - CCTV survey team, - hydraulic root cutting with Jet/Vacuumation units, - robotic root cutting at locations where hydraulic root cutting…
