Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association are seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement a Grounds Maintenance Contract to achieve the standard set out within the specification in accordance with site drawings and GIS mapping provided. The initial contract term will be for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for two (2) further period of one (1) year each.
