The Housing Ombudsman is seeking to secure short term services from a Business Process Outsourcing supplier who is able to provide succinct and accurate documentary case history analysis on housing complaint cases brought to the Ombudsman by a tenant of a member landlord. The supplier would be required to produce a case history synopsis of individual housing complaints which then forms the basis for the Ombudsman to determine what ,if any redress, the Landlord needs to take with the tenant .
