Carlisle Southern Gateway

Working with Network Rail, Avanti and West Coast, Cumberland Council ("the Authority") is sought to appoint a contractor to develop designs, gain necessary consents and approvals and undertake the construction of a package of external improvement works as part of the redevelopment of Carlisle Station.
